NotebookLM facilitated the quick summarization of thousands of employee survey responses, allowing us to extract actionable insights for improving internal company events. Additionally, our People Operations team utilized AI in recruitment, effectively matching candidates’ skills with open positions while ensuring human oversight by recruiters. Moreover, AI-driven data insights enabled our chefs to optimize menus, significantly reducing food waste per Googler by about 39% since 2019. These examples illustrate that AI not only boosts operational efficiency but also empowers teams to engage in innovative problem-solving and strategic initiatives. Ultimately, the integration of AI fosters creativity, creates new roles, and allows teams to focus on high-impact projects, driving the development of cutting-edge products that benefit users globally.
