With an expectation to transmit billions of messages this year, Linq claims its platform enhances engagement through native features like group chats and emoji reactions, promoting a more user-friendly experience than legacy SMS systems. Priced about 90% lower than traditional communications APIs, Linq already serves over 100 clients, including Poke.com and Hypercard, sending over 30 million messages monthly. Founded by ex-Shipt executives, Linq shifted its focus from digital business cards to messaging automation to meet growing demand.
