Enterprise software startup Handle has secured $6 million in seed funding led by Andreessen Horowitz to advance its AI agents aimed at automating complex operational workflows. The company plans to expand into Mexico, leveraging the popularity of WhatsApp and email for business communications. Founded by Alfonso de los RĂos, former CEO of Nowports with a $1.1 billion valuation, Handle addresses operational efficiencies hindered by fragmented systems and manual processes. Its platform features a real-time operational engine called Signal, integrating tools such as email, Salesforce, and Oracle. AI agents operate workflows like processing quotes and reconciling data with minimal human input. Initially targeting the fragmented insurance broker sector, Handle collaborates with over 75 brokers in Mexico, including notable names like Inter.mx and Qualitas. This expansion exemplifies Handle’s commitment to enhancing operational efficiency through advanced AI-driven solutions.
