This innovation allows users to experience real-time translation directly through headphones, facilitating instantaneous conversations without the need to read or type. Users simply select their desired languages and activate translation mode to hear seamless translations, enhancing understanding while watching foreign films and series.
Gemini’s unique capabilities ensure that translations capture the original speaker’s intonation, rhythm, and emphasis, resulting in a more authentic experience. Currently supporting over 70 languages—including English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin—Live Translate is expanding from Android to iPhone and additional countries across Europe, Asia, and Africa.
