MiQ, a global programmatic media firm, has acquired Rocket Lab, a Miami-based mobile app growth company, enhancing its programmatic capabilities in user acquisition and engagement within mobile apps. This acquisition merges Rocket Lab’s expertise with MiQ’s Sigma AI-powered operating system, which processes vast data signals for ad optimization. Operating independently under MiQ, Rocket Lab, led by CEO Juan Echavarria Coll, will continue to focus on mobile-first markets, particularly in Latin America and APAC.
The integration aims to strengthen omnichannel measurement by linking campaign exposure to in-app conversions. Rocket Lab has established partnerships across mobile measurement, e-commerce, and customer engagement, showcasing success in driving user growth for subscription-based apps.
