Salesforce Unveils Headless 360 to Enhance Agent-Centric Enterprise Workflows

Salesforce is introducing Headless 360, a new platform that combines its developer and AI tools, including the Agentforce Vibes coding environment, to facilitate agent-first workflows for enterprise teams. Agent-first workflows are defined as processes where software agents perform tasks by directly invoking APIs, tools, and established business logic, minimizing human intervention. Headless 360 aims to streamline these workflows by exposing Salesforce’s core data, governance controls, and tools, including APIs, MCP tools, and CLI commands. This integration leverages existing Salesforce solutions like Data 360, Customer 360, and Agentforce.
