In June 2025, Google began rolling out Gemini Live’s integration with Google Keep, Calendar, Tasks, and Maps, initially announced at I/O 2025. Users are now able to seamlessly create notes, calendar entries, and tasks within Gemini Live. The feature requires toggling on Google Workspace settings in the account menu. By activating these integrations, users can engage with Gemini Live through commands like “set a reminder for xyz,” enhancing productivity while chatting. Notably, the Google Maps integration allows for local information retrieval, though it doesn’t access saved locations for privacy reasons. This functionality is available on both the stable and beta versions of the Google app for Android and iOS, catering to both free users and Google AI Pro/Ultra subscribers. With these integrations, Gemini Live offers a more streamlined user experience, allowing efficient multitasking across essential Google applications.
