Core features of SabhaSaar include AI-generated meeting minutes, multilingual support via the Bhashini platform, and standardized meeting records to ensure uniform documentation. Access is enhanced for Panchayat officials using e-GramSwaraj credentials, promoting transparency and citizen engagement.
It operates alongside other digital platforms like the Panchayat NIRNAY Portal for real-time Gram Sabha monitoring and e-GramSwaraj for tracking plans and budgets. The Gram Sabha, institutionalized under the 73rd Amendment, is vital for community development, reinforcing accountability in India’s local governance structure.
