Key updates include advanced capabilities for securing agentic AI deployments, empowering security operations centers (SOCs) with autonomous agents, and enhancing cloud security controls across Google’s unified platform.
The Security Command Center now automates the discovery of AI agents, enhancing vulnerability and risk identification. It includes real-time protections through Model Armor and specialized posture controls for Agentspace and Agent Builder. New threat detection tools, aided by Mandiant’s intelligence, identify irregular behaviors in AI assets.
Google also introduced the Alert Investigation agent to streamline SOC operations, reducing manual tasks and improving response efficiency. Updates to the Trusted Cloud platform feature tools like Compliance Manager and IAM improvements for enhanced security and compliance workflows. These advancements highlight Google’s focus on integrating security with business innovation while ensuring robust protection for AI deployments.
