Zoom Video Communications has reported impressive revenue growth, marking its strongest performance in 11 quarters, thanks to the robust adoption of its generative AI-enhanced product suite. For the fiscal year ending January 2024, Zoom forecasts revenue of approximately $4.83 billion, exceeding analyst predictions. In Q2 of FY 2026, enterprise revenue surged 7% to $730.7 million, driven by over 4,274 customers contributing over $100,000 each in revenue. The company’s AI Companion now boasts millions of monthly active users, up fourfold from last year.
Despite a 10% year-to-date stock decline, Zoom’s stock rose in after-hours trading following its financial report. The integration of generative AI into products like Meetings, Team Chat, and Contact Center has transformed its offerings into a comprehensive business operations layer. Key features include automated meeting summaries, task management, and AI-driven communication capabilities, enhancing efficiency in video conferencing and collaboration. Zoom continues to push the boundaries of enterprise communication technology.
