Google Introduces ‘Scheduled Actions’ Feature in Gemini for AI Pro and Ultra Users

Users can manage tasks assigned to the Gemini assistant through the scheduled actions page in settings, as stated by Google. This feature is available to AI Pro and Ultra subscribers, as well as certain Google Workspace business and education plans. Similarly, ChatGPT has introduced a scheduling functionality, allowing users to automate prompts for regular tasks and proactively communicate on a set schedule. However, ChatGPT limits users to 10 active tasks at a time; new tasks cannot be created until existing ones are paused, deleted, or completed. Other competitors in the AI space are also developing comparable features, emphasizing the goal of integrating AI assistants into users’ daily lives more efficiently.
