Additionally, once security protocols are established, these co-developed AI services will be made available to other government entities. OpenAI is pursuing Information system Security Management and Assessment Program (ISMAP) certification to ensure compliance with Japanese government security standards. The Digital Agency also employs interactive AI solutions crafted by various U.S. tech companies, reinforcing its commitment to integrating advanced technologies in public service operations.
