Amazon has launched Quick Suite, a new agentic platform featuring an array of AI tools designed to simplify enterprise processes. This unified digital workspace facilitates effective data management by integrating internal and external applications, such as Amazon S3, Snowflake, Google Drive, and Microsoft SharePoint. It also connects with services like Salesforce, Zendesk, and Slack to streamline productivity. Quick Suite offers advanced capabilities, including research tools, interactive visualizations, and business intelligence, competing with established names like Tableau and Microsoft Power BI. Available in two pricing tiers—$20 per user per month for the Professional plan and $40 for the Enterprise plan—it has proved efficient, reportedly reducing complex data tasks from months to minutes. Despite lacking a native productivity suite, Amazon aims to encourage adoption of Quick Suite alongside existing tools. Meanwhile, Google has introduced its own Gemini Enterprise AI agent, further intensifying the competition in the AI-driven productivity space.
