New capabilities include lead generation from unread messages, automated database creation, resolution documentation in customer service, and optimized talent matching in recruitment. Powered by Zoho’s proprietary large language model, Zia, these innovations leverage NVIDIA’s AI computing platform, enhancing data processing and user experience.
