ServiceNow has unveiled key integrations with Microsoft, enhancing AI capabilities for enterprises. The updates include integration of the ServiceNow AI Platform with Microsoft Agent 365, ServiceNow Build Agent with GitHub, and ServiceNow AI Control Tower with Microsoft Foundry and Copilot Studio, all set to launch by year-end. Microsoft Agent 365 offers features such as access control, security, and interoperability for AI agents in Microsoft environments. Meanwhile, Copilot Studio serves as a low-code platform for AI agent development. ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower provides centralized management for AI agents, ensuring security governance and connectivity to external data sources. Jon Sigler of ServiceNow highlighted that the collaboration allows clients to efficiently manage intelligent agents. Nirav Shah of Microsoft noted that this integration facilitates a seamless AI transformation for organizations. These advancements build on previous partnerships, enhancing workflow automation and support within Microsoft Teams, illustrating a strong synergy between both platforms.
