I recently created a live interactive map showcasing where top AI companies are hiring worldwide. This project was part of a hackathon and aimed to answer pressing questions about job availability in the AI sector. Here’s how I developed it:
- Data Collection: Sourced job postings from ATS providers using innovative tools like SearXNG.
- Dataset Size: Compiled over 200,000 job listings, focusing on the most relevant roles.
- User-Friendly Interface: Integrated a small LLM interface allowing users to filter positions using natural language queries.
Why does this matter?
- Targeted Searches: Need to find remote software engineering roles or research positions in Europe? Easily filter results with intuitive prompts.
- Visual Learning: Get insights into job distribution across regions instantly.
