Google’s Gemini app will soon enable users to upload videos for analysis by a chatbot, according to 9to5Google. This feature allows users to analyze and summarize entire videos or inquire about specific segments, similar to sending a YouTube link. To upload a video, users can press the “+” button and select a video from their gallery or files. The video upload option may not be universally available yet, as its rollout depends on individual user profiles and devices. Previously, Gemini had the capability to analyze videos stored in Google Drive. Additionally, it now offers scheduled task functionalities for users.
