The use of structured workflows, like Custom GPTs and Projects, has expanded 19 times, signaling a shift toward integrated processes. Workers noted significant productivity gains, saving 40–60 minutes daily, particularly in data science and engineering. Notably, 75% reported improved output quality or speed, with 87% of IT workers seeing faster issue resolution. Industries experiencing rapid AI growth include technology (11 times), healthcare (8 times), and manufacturing (7 times). Despite some skepticism from Anthropic’s analysis of Claude’s efficiency claims, the report underlines that AI adoption is enhancing efficiency and expanding employee capabilities across various sectors.
