This update primarily rolls out on desktop, including Incognito mode, with mobile support expected later.
The plus button simplifies access to Google’s generative AI functions, transforming traditional keyword searches into a more conversational interface. Users can choose between “Upload image” or “Upload file,” allowing Google to analyze the content and generate relevant insights, moving beyond mere text-based queries.
