It also responds contextually, activating devices based on phrases like “it’s really damp in the bathroom” to turn on exhaust fans.
Alexa Routines have also improved, simplifying automation. Instead of tedious manual programming with “If, Then” statements, users can now verbally instruct Alexa+ to create routines, such as turning on backyard lights when motion is detected. Furthermore, Alexa+ can process multiple commands in a single request, allowing commands like “turn on the kitchen lights and set the thermostat to 72 degrees” to be executed at once.
