Alibaba’s DingTalk has introduced over 20 AI products, including a groundbreaking “work-dedicated intelligent operating system” known as AgentOS. This innovative platform is designed to manage and coordinate AI agents while fostering an open AI ecosystem. According to CEO Chen Hang, the goal is to integrate more industry players into the AI hardware market and model context protocol ecosystems. DingTalk’s future AI agents will operate on AgentOS. Additionally, they unveiled DingTalk Real, an advanced enterprise-level AI hardware product developed collaboratively over four months. This hardware enables AI agents to engage with the physical world while maintaining strict boundaries through identity authentication and real-time data monitoring. Furthermore, DingTalk upgraded AI Sheets into a comprehensive application creation platform for the AI era, empowering users to leverage AI to enhance data understanding and streamline form creation. This release positions DingTalk as a leader in workplace AI solutions amidst escalating competition.
