Elyos AI, a London-based startup specializing in AI agents for the trades and field services industry, has successfully raised €11.1 million ($13 million) in Series A funding, totaling €13.7 million ($16 million) to date. The funding round was spearheaded by Blackbird Ventures, with contributions from Y Combinator and Pi Labs. Founded in 2023 by Adrian Johnston, Philippa Brown, and Panos Stravopodis, Elyos AI aims to alleviate the administrative burdens faced by trades businesses such as plumbers and electricians. Its AI agents efficiently handle customer communications, bookings, and follow-ups, integrating seamlessly with existing systems. Users have reported increased booking rates and faster response times post-implementation. The new capital will bolster Elyos AI’s engineering and go-to-market efforts, enhance integrations with field-service CRMs, and develop new capabilities across voice, email, and messaging. The company is set to expand internationally by 2026, positioning itself as a leader in AI for trades and field services.
