Hinge CEO: Relying on AI for Dating Isn’t the Way to Go

Justin McLeod, co-founder and CEO of Hinge, envisions AI revolutionizing the dating landscape by acting as a “personal matchmaker.” Speaking at Viva Technology in Paris, he emphasized that while AI can enhance the matchmaking process and provide coaching to users, it cannot replace genuine human connection. Unlike Tinder, which employs AI for tasks like message writing, Hinge focuses on using AI solely for coaching purposes.
