The platform features an advanced AI-powered natural language search, enabling investigators to search video feeds using everyday phrases and refine results based on contextual details such as location and activity. Key enhancements include movement tracking, trajectory analysis, and features like similarity detection and case management.
As investigations progress, evidence can be consolidated into organized case files, supported by AI-generated summaries. These capabilities promote efficiency, allowing security teams to seamlessly transition from monitoring to investigation, significantly reducing review time. Set to roll out in February 2026, Genetec’s updates will enhance operational efficiency, providing improved control and transparency during investigations across various systems.
