Bharti Airtel Foundation Partners with CK-12 to Enhance AI in Education

In a pivotal move to enhance AI adoption in India’s education sector, Bharti Airtel Foundation has joined forces with CK-12 Foundation. This collaboration will integrate over 45 AI-enabled teaching tools into TheTeacherApp, a complimentary digital learning platform currently benefiting over 200,000 K-12 educators. The AI-enhanced app is designed to streamline classroom practices, offering teachers safe, contextual resources that align with India’s evolving educational policies, including the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan emphasized the necessity of quality resources to address diverse learning needs, noting that AI has become essential for effective teaching. Rakesh Bharti Mittal of Bharti Airtel Foundation highlighted the partnership’s goal to provide educators with intelligent tools, enabling them to focus on nurturing students. With over 2,500 hours of training and collaborative resources, this initiative aims to foster inclusive, future-ready education in India.
