Apple Subtly Transitions from SEED to AI-Driven Sales Coach App

Apple has rebranded its SEED app to Sales Coach, marking a significant evolution in its global sales enablement strategy. This transition emphasizes the company’s focus on AI-driven training and real-time product intelligence. Instead of removing the SEED app, Apple provided a seamless update that allows users to retain their credentials and access.

The standout feature of Sales Coach is the AI-powered “Ask” tab, a chatbot that delivers instant responses from official documentation, greatly improving the efficiency of sales teams. This transformation replaces static resources with a dynamic knowledge engine, fostering quicker decision-making and enhanced customer engagement.

Moreover, the app adopts Apple’s contemporary Liquid Glass design for improved usability and navigation. While Sales Coach is available on the App Store, access is limited to verified Apple staff and authorized partners, requiring a partner code for full functionality. Stay tuned for the upcoming “Apple Experience” event, where new products will be announced.
