This update introduces two key features: the MCPCaller transformer and MCP Server capabilities within FME Flow. This innovation addresses common challenges organizations face in scaling AI initiatives, such as fragmented integration and complex security management. CEO Don Murray emphasizes that MCP facilitates seamless model adoption without restructuring integrations. The MCPCaller allows workflows to connect to MCP-enabled tools, while the MCP Server enables organizations to expose FME workflows as MCP tools.
