Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE) has launched a new suite of AI agents designed to streamline time-consuming workflows and enhance productivity for businesses. Initially previewed at Adobe Summit 2025, these tools are now available to assist in audience building, campaign orchestration, testing ideas, website optimization, and customer support enhancement. Additionally, Adobe plans to introduce Agent Composer, allowing clients to customize their own agents. This initiative comes amid rising concerns that competitors like Figma (NYSE: FIG) and Canva could threaten Adobe’s market position with third-party AI solutions. By integrating AI into products like Firefly, Adobe aims to mitigate this risk. Anjul Bhambhri, SVP of engineering at Adobe Experience Cloud, emphasized that these innovations redefine customer experience orchestration, focusing on productivity and personalized scaling. This strategic move places Adobe alongside rivals like Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), which launched the Agentforce platform, as enterprise software companies embrace an AI-first approach.
