Industry adoption stands out in industrial and IT sectors, each at 36%. Despite concerns about reduced junior roles, 31% anticipate the creation of new entry-level positions due to AI. Overall, nearly half of respondents observe no significant changes in hiring, but 21% acknowledge adjustments in recruitment strategies prompted by AI.
