Amazon has launched a new AI shopping feature called “Help Me Decide,” designed to enhance the online shopping experience by offering personalized product recommendations. This tool appears on product pages after users have browsed similar items and can also be accessed from the “Keep shopping for” section on the homepage.
By analyzing users’ browsing history, search patterns, preferences, and past purchases, “Help Me Decide” matches this data with product details and customer reviews. This streamlines the product selection process, allowing users to receive tailored suggestions with just a tap, thus saving time spent on comparisons and reviews.
The feature is part of Amazon’s expanding suite of AI tools aimed at simplifying and personalizing shopping, including the Rufus assistant, Buy for Me, and Interests. Currently available for US users on Android and iOS apps, this tool promises to improve decision-making and enhance the overall shopping experience on Amazon.
