At Black Hat USA 2025, ArmorCode announced enhancements to its Anya AI tool, enabling it to generate customized code fixes for specific runtime environments. Alongside this, ArmorCode introduced a software supply chain module that offers insights into software components, including quality metrics and security assessments. This module automates the creation of Software Bills of Materials (SBOMs), adhering to regulations like the EU’s Cyber Resilience Act. Additionally, support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP) allows Anya’s data to integrate with external large language models (LLMs). Chief Product Officer Mark Lambert emphasized that these updates facilitate collaboration between application development and cybersecurity teams through the application security posture management (ASPM) platform. With Anya’s training on over 40 billion findings, it can now automate code patching, addressing the increasing complexity of vulnerabilities. A recent survey reveals that application security is a priority, with shared responsibility among development teams and cybersecurity leaders alike in addressing emerging threats.
