Fair Work Ombudsman Anna Booth expressed interest in enhancing advisory services with AI, which could improve the accuracy of pay and employment information while preventing reliance on general search tools that may provide incorrect data. While neither agency confirmed immediate plans for public-facing AI, initiatives like the Small Business PEAK chatbot indicate a shift toward technology-driven support.
