Australian Schools Integrate AI Tools and Print Materials for a Balanced Learning Experience

Australian schools are increasingly embracing artificial intelligence (AI) tools, with 78.2% currently using them and 20.6% planning to expand their AI capabilities. The Digital Landscapes in Australian Schools 2025 Report by Campion Education highlights a preference for a hybrid learning model, combining digital and print-based resources, with 53.9% of schools adopting this dual approach. This trend is particularly pronounced in primary education, where tools like the Logitech Crayon enhance digital creativity while supporting early childhood development. The Logitech Rugged Combo 4 provides a protective, laptop-like experience for older primary students, bridging the gap between traditional learning and modern technology. Notably, 32.9% of schools are now highly technology-enabled, a rise from 23.1% in 2023. With teaching tools such as learning management systems and educational games, the report underscores the need for training to help educators effectively integrate these technologies, maximizing the benefits of both print and digital education for students.
