Katy Billany, executive director at TwentyEA, emphasizes that SellScore helps real estate agents prioritize vendor inquiries, optimize pricing strategies, reduce marketing expenses on less promising properties, and enhance CRM efficiency through effective lead scoring. After a year of real-world testing, SellScore accurately predicted 86% of property sales within the top 30% of flagged listings. This AI-driven tool analyzes thousands of metrics, including market activity and property-specific risk factors. With over 3.2 million UK residential properties among the top 10% likely to sell in the next year, agents can leverage SellScore alongside the Forecast tool to enhance their marketing strategies. By understanding which properties will hit the market soon, agencies can better determine fee models, improving their revenue. SellScore will launch at the Kerfuffle conference on July 10.
