Capsule Security Secures $7 Million in Seed Funding to Protect Enterprise AI Agents

Capsule Security, an innovative cybersecurity startup specializing in AI agents, has launched from stealth mode with a $7 million Seed funding round led by Lama Partners and Forgepoint Capital International. Based in Tel Aviv, Capsule, founded by CEO Naor Paz and CTO Lidan Hazout in 2025, is creating a “runtime trust layer” to monitor and control AI agents operating within enterprise environments. These agents can access sensitive data and interact with business tools, which raises security risks. Capsule’s platform ensures real-time visibility into agent actions, preventing manipulation and unauthorized data exfiltration. Importantly, it integrates seamlessly with tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Salesforce Agentforce, requiring no additional proxies or SDKs. Capsule has also disclosed vulnerabilities in enterprise AI systems, including the recently patched Microsoft Copilot Studio vulnerability (CVE-2026-21520) and launched the open-source tool ClawGuard to enhance security. This development underscores the growing importance of securing AI agents as they become critical enterprise assets.
