Of these reports, 93% indicated problems specifically with ChatGPT, while 7% reflected app-related issues. One user, a UK student named Jack, expressed frustration as he faced challenges using various GPT models while under pressure to complete college work. OpenAI acknowledged the outage on their status page, confirming ongoing investigations into increased error rates and latency. They later identified the root cause and began implementing solutions.
