CrowdStrike has launched its Agentic Security Platform, introducing innovative AI agents designed to automate security operations. This includes out-of-the-box AI agents and the Charlotte AI AgentWorks, a no-code platform enabling security teams to develop custom agents integrated into the CrowdStrike Falcon platform. The aim is to streamline repetitive tasks, allowing analysts to focus on strategic decision-making.
CrowdStrike’s president, Michael Sentonas, stated that AI will enhance operational efficiency by managing time-consuming tasks. The initial release features seven agents targeting various SOC workflows, such as vulnerability triage and malware analysis.
Charlotte AI AgentWorks facilitates custom AI agent creation without development skills, promoting advanced security automation access. Additionally, the platform supports collaboration with trusted third-party AI agents, enhancing interoperability across enterprise environments. Available to Falcon customers, this expansion emphasizes CrowdStrike’s commitment to creating a comprehensive security ecosystem through automation, custom development, and collaborative intelligence.
