Cursor Achieves $29.3 Billion Valuation Amid Growing Demand for AI Coding Solutions

Cursor has raised $2.3 billion in funding, elevating its valuation to $29.3 billion. Led by CEO Michael Truell, the company offers an AI coding assistant enabling software engineers to efficiently write, edit, and navigate code. This latest round follows a $900 million Series C in June 2025. Key investors include Accel, Coatue, Nvidia, and Google, emphasizing strategic alignment.
