Datasite has acquired Blueflame AI to enhance its AI-driven capabilities for dealmakers in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This acquisition incorporates Blueflame’s agentic AI solutions, enriching Datasite’s workflow automation tools and investment services. The integration also includes Grata, another recent acquisition, which provides AI-native market intelligence. Datasite’s CEO Rusty Wiley emphasized that Blueflame’s solutions will streamline complex workflows and offer in-depth analyses by merging quality content with secure data permissions. The collaboration aims to efficiently connect fragmented data from deal sourcing to fundraising. Blueflame will operate within Datasite’s Intelligence Unit, led by co-founder Raj Bakhru. He expressed excitement about leveraging unique data from both Datasite and Grata to automate processes and accelerate deal-making. As part of its growth strategy, Datasite also acquired Sourcescrub, which will enhance Grata’s capabilities further, creating a comprehensive market intelligence platform for global enterprises.
