Deliverect has launched the “AI Agent Library,” a suite of artificial intelligence tools crafted for automating restaurant operations, marketing, and sales without the need for in-house software development. Partnering with n8n, the food-tech leader enhances its platform, enabling restaurants to implement customizable AI “agents” that leverage real-time data from delivery partners and CRM systems for automated decision-making. This represents a significant transition from simply connecting orders to actively managing restaurant workflows through intelligent automation.
The AI library, which integrates seamlessly with Deliverect’s existing architecture, offers seven customizable templates for tasks like “order throttling” and menu optimization. KFC Netherlands piloted the technology for its “Secret Box Meal” campaign, successfully using a “Dynamic Promotion Agent” that resulted in a 118% sales increase. Available now for existing Deliverect clients, the tools feature enterprise scalability, ensuring efficient operations across multiple locations. Deliverect supports over 70,000 restaurants globally, managing approximately 30 million API calls daily.
