The collaboration aims to create simple, multilingual AI experiences by Q1 2026 and provide secure ChatGPT Enterprise access to Deutsche Telekom employees, boosting efficiency and customer service. The initiative will also enhance customer care and streamline network operations toward self-healing networks. As a major telecom provider with over 261 million mobile customers, Deutsche Telekom is set to scale up AI in everyday applications, marking a significant step in their AI journey.
