The UK Investor Magazine interviewed Kevin Limn, CEO of Adsure Services, about the company’s TIAA Insight AI tool, designed to enhance operational efficiency for TIAA Ltd, a subsidiary focused on internal audit and business assurance. TIAA Insight employs a proprietary closed-source large language model trained solely on TIAA’s data, ensuring the privacy and security of its government-funded clients, including emergency services, educational institutions, and housing associations. This initiative aligns with Adsure’s strategy to solidify its position as a leading provider in the UK public sector through technological advancements. Developed in 2023 with support from an Innovate UK grant, TIAA Insight aims to first improve internal processes, with future plans to potentially license the software to external clients.
