Dr. Tan pointed out the importance of safe integration, addressing issues like privacy and data accuracy. RACGP President Dr. Michael Wright noted the significance of clinician involvement in developing AI tools to ensure they meet primary care needs. With updated Therapeutic Goods Administration guidelines, the discussion stressed that while AI can enhance efficiency, maintaining quality care and compliance remains a priority. The session encouraged GPs to learn collectively about AI innovations that streamline patient-centered care.
