Jiang, who previously contributed to the ChatGPT models and OpenAI’s public policy, has partnered with Deepak Vasisht, a computer science professor. Worktrace AI is part of a trend where ex-OpenAI members establish highly valued startups, showcasing significant investor interest. Notable backers include prominent OpenAI figures and venture capital firms like 8VC and Conviction. The AI startup landscape remains vibrant and competitive.
