Exciting New AI Features Launch in Lightroom and Photoshop

At the annual Adobe MAX conference in Los Angeles, Adobe unveiled exciting AI features to enhance workflow for photographers in Lightroom and Photoshop. A highlight is the new Assisted Culling tool in Lightroom, currently in public beta, which streamlines image selection by filtering based on sharpness and focus. Also introduced is an automatic dust-removal tool to eliminate sensor spots, now fully available. Moreover, enhanced Generative Fill options in Photoshop allow for quicker removal of elements, while the reflection-removal tool in Adobe Camera Raw received significant improvements. New AI models, including Google Gemini 2.5, enhance compositing capabilities. Additionally, the forthcoming Photoshop AI Assistant, a chatbot designed for task management, promises to simplify user experience by reducing unnecessary clicks. These updates are part of over 100 new tools and enhancements in Adobe’s Creative Cloud, aimed at improving user efficiency and control in digital editing.
