The divide in Gen AI adoption often correlates with a nation’s digital infrastructure; advanced digital nations like Denmark excel, whereas others struggle due to a lack of awareness or understanding. Personal use dominates over work-related applications, with 25% of EU users utilizing AI for personal tasks compared to just 15% for work. Additionally, formal education adoption remains particularly low, at only 9%, highlighting a gap in AI literacy and practical application. Understanding these regional disparities is crucial for promoting Gen AI across Europe.
