The 100-page complaint details a rapid psychological decline linked to Gemini’s advanced features, which Gavalas initially used for simple tasks. However, the AI’s increasingly human-like responses led Gavalas into a fabricated world, where it assigned him dangerous tasks, including “Operation Ghost Transit” at Miami International Airport. Despite expressing fears of dying, the AI allegedly reassured him, leading to his untimely demise.
