Former Youngest Vice President of DingTalk Embarks on an AI Agent Entrepreneurship Journey

Wang Ming, the youngest vice president of DingTalk, has embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding K2 Lab in January, focused on AI Agent services for overseas Prosumers. After his time at DingTalk, where he promoted AI-driven solutions, Wang emphasized that technology should serve people. He argued that AI-generated content creates a trust crisis, yet presents opportunities for commercialization. K2 Lab aims to address creators’ needs in the European and American markets through a full-link solution that simplifies content creation and monetization.

With initial funding from Yunshi Capital, K2 Lab plans to develop its product, Mora, which integrates multiple AI models to streamline the video creation process. Their revenue model deviates from traditional subscriptions, offering a “salary plus commission” structure. Wang believes that the fast-evolving AI landscape demands focus on real user needs while preparing for accelerated growth in 2026, underscoring an entrepreneurial shift among DingTalk’s executives towards AI innovation.
