Google has enhanced its Gemini feature in Chrome, now available in Canada, India, and New Zealand, following its U.S. debut in 2025. This expansion includes support for over 50 languages, such as French, Gujarati, Hindi, and Spanish. Users can access Gemini by clicking the sparkle icon in Chrome’s top right corner. The feature allows for seamless integration with Google services, providing a sidebar for interaction with the Gemini chatbot while accessing Gmail, Maps, Calendar, and YouTube. Users can even book trips directly from their emails. Future plans include expanding Gemini’s reach to more countries and languages by the end of 2026. Already functional on iOS, Mac, and Windows, this feature is set to enhance user experience globally. Additionally, Gemini boasts an auto-browse function for filling out PDF forms and is available in a Basic tier for all users aged 13 and up with a personal Google Account, eliminating the need for a paid subscription.
