Get Prepared for AI-Driven Workspaces: Introducing Google’s Gemini Enterprise

Google has launched Gemini Enterprise, its latest AI platform aimed at enhancing workplace productivity and competing with rivals like OpenAI. Unlike the previous “Workspace Gemini Enterprise,” this standalone tool operates within Google Cloud, enabling organizations to create their own AI-driven virtual assistants for various functions, including HR and marketing. Google Cloud’s CEO Thomas Kurian described it as “the new front door for AI in the workplace.” Major companies like Figma, Klarna, and Virgin Voyages are among the first adopters, with Virgin employing over 50 AI agents on its cruise ships. Gemini Enterprise integrates data from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and SAP, featuring tools like Code Assist and a no-code dashboard for ease of use. Pricing starts at $30 per user per month, with discounts for smaller teams. Google is banking on the demand for AI assistants across industries, positioning Gemini as a game changer in business efficiency.
